Home» Orders Information Shipping All items are shipped via UPS Ground or Priority Mail. Most orders are shipped within 4 business days of the order being placed. Some of our products may not be ready for immediate shipment. If your item is backordered, we will send you an e-mail with an estimated shipping date. Once your items have shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information. Returns/Exchanges We will be glad to make an exchange or send merchandise credit if you are unsatisfied with a product. The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are unsatisfied with a product please contact CustomerService@cloudninehome.com within 10 days of receiving your purchase to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the issuance of the RA#. Be sure to include a slip with the RA# on it with your return. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Cloud Nine Home, LLC reserves the right to return to the customer any merchandise without a valid RA# or with visible usage.
